Even at the expense of our flowers.dglloydhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07952724753847109831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9202996302446629175.post-35927810064453202652011-09-04T23:01:39.409-07:002011-09-04T23:01:39.409-07:00I agree with you Georg that living in the desert i...I agree with you Georg that living in the desert is a good place for a loner to be. Like what you wrote about their staring - I've learned to stare them down, they usually turn away first. And they are so at home in my garden that they let me get real close - and then if I startle them they squeak :)Kathinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9202996302446629175.post-23446073006136695222011-09-03T10:04:07.362-07:002011-09-03T10:04:07.362-07:00Hey David,

Maybe you a are just a loner and thus living in a mostly flowerless desert was the right decision.

Those ibex look like goats to me, desert goats. I have been told they are responsible for those arid landscapes around the Mediterranean.

GeorgGeorghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05379915142029115257noreply@blogger.com
